Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Slumberland Furniture. As a part of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise safely and efficiently to customers' homes.
- Set up and inspect merchandise upon delivery.
- Maintain clean delivery vehicles and perform daily vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of all trucks and equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to work day-shift schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass DOT requirements, criminal background check, and drug screening.
