Job Description
3SI Security Systems Inc is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure the efficient operation of our information technology systems. As a crucial member of our team, you will provide technical support, manage IT projects, and collaborate with various departments to meet our technology needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and IT equipment.
- Monitor IT systems' performance, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions for optimal performance.
- Manage software licenses, updates, and patches ensuring compliance and security.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure including networks and servers.
- Coordinate IT projects, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technology needs and provide solutions for enhanced efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation including system configurations and user guides.
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for data security and compliance.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

- Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
Additional Information
Position based in Malvern, PA with a hybrid work schedule.
Some travel may be required for company events and meetings.
Compensation
Yearly Salary: $55,000 - $65,000.
