Minimum Qualifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Must hold a current Ohio license and have completed an approved medication course.
