Responsibilities
- Optimize workflow across multiple agile teams
- Motivate teams to streamline product delivery
- Utilize data to identify improvement opportunities
- Champion Agile Software Product development
- Build community and promote continuous learning
- Collaborate with Discover Technology Academy
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- 6+ years of Agile or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Jira experience
- Expertise in Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP) frameworks
- Strong coaching skills
