MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Mountain View Apartments in Mechanicsburg, PA. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service, leadership, and hands-on skills in a dynamic environment. Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders and apartment turnovers.
• Perform grounds/landscaping work and handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and carry out salt/snow removal duties.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties in the Mechanicsburg area.
• Prior residential maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a working cell phone, excellent customer service skills, a valid PA Driver's License, and reliable transportation.
