Slumberland Furniture is seeking Warehouse Workers with Forklift Operations to join our team immediately. This role involves storing, moving, and distributing merchandise efficiently. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, customer service, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct merchandise movement activities to optimize storage space.
• Handle merchandise transfers to and from the show floor, storage, delivery, and shipment.
• Utilize the point of sale system for inventory management.
• Maintain accuracy in customer orders, shipments, and records.
• Provide training to team members and lead by example.
• Engage in professional communication with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Maintain safety standards, follow operational guidelines, and ensure a well-organized facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing).
• Basic math skills and knowledge of tools, hardware, and product assembly.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with a point of sale (POS) system is beneficial.
