NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) interventions. The role involves overseeing the successful staging and opening of new facilities catering to clients with ASD, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for new facility openings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assess site suitability and work with stakeholders to prepare facilities for operations.
• Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for daily operations.
• Manage external staging teams and contractors during the site preparation phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Working Conditions

• 80% travel requirement.
• Occasional non-traditional work hours.
• Flexibility in travel schedule.

Physical Demands

This role involves physical requirements, such as lifting up to 30 pounds and extended computer use. Close attention to data analysis and screen work is essential.
