NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the position of New Site Opening Manager at Centria Autism. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the successful staging and opening of new facilities that cater to clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your role will involve project management, facility preparation, and ensuring a seamless and efficient opening process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for new facility openings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely task completion.
• Assess site suitability and collaborate with internal departments to prepare facilities for operations.
• Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for facility readiness.
• Manage external staging teams and act as a liaison during the staging process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Experience in multi-site project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

• Approximately 80% travel requirement.
• Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical demands such as bending and lifting up to 30 pounds may be required.
