Job Description

Join Centria Autism Services as a New Site Opening Manager and be part of our mission to provide the best developmental experience for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a highly organized and motivated individual, you will oversee the flawless staging and openings of new facilities, ensuring positive customer service experiences, adherence to policies, and timely facility readiness within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for opening new autism treatment facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties for timely completion of tasks.
  • Assess site suitability and coordinate operational readiness for new facilities.
  • Manage procurement, installation of supplies, and external staging teams for facility openings.
  • Ensure successful facility openings, risk mitigation, and facility readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of construction/new site openings experience.
  • Multi-site project management experience.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed.

Working Conditions

  • Approximately 80% of time spent traveling.
  • Occasional non-traditional work hours required.
  • Flexible travel schedule based on project needs.

Physical Demands

Requires physical activities like bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Close visual acuity on monitors may be necessary.
