Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with business units to provide HR guidance.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions and policies.
• Resolve team member relations issues effectively and objectively.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and legal requirements are met.
• Provide performance management guidance and enhance work relationships.
• Identify training needs and support workforce planning.
• Optimize organizational design and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. HR certification a plus.
• 5-7 years of HR experience, with 3-5 years in a strategic HR role.
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws.

Skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
