Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of home-based catastrophic injury and rehabilitation care. As a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with team members and management across our service lines. You will be responsible for maintaining effective partnerships within the regions and ensuring the delivery of value-added services that align with the overall business objectives. This position requires maintaining a high level of business literacy, including understanding financial positions, midrange plans, culture, and competition within the business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage complex team member relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks through in-depth knowledge of legal requirements.
  • Provide performance management guidance and work to improve work relationships, morale, and productivity.
  • Identify training needs, participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs, and ensure company-wide initiatives are implemented.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on recruitment strategies and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and optimize organizational design for increased productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM Certified Professional or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in complex team member relations and 3-5 years in a strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, team member relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other related software.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legal guidelines and regulations effectively.

Working Conditions

  • Office hours Monday - Friday, additional time or schedule flexibility may be required.
  • May support different time zones, requiring flexibility in scheduling.

Physical Demands

Physical requirements include bending, lifting, and prolonged sitting.
