Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner

Job Description

We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of home-based healthcare services. In this role, you will collaborate with management and team members to align business goals, provide HR guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position involves analyzing data, resolving complex HR issues, and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with business units, provide HR guidance, and analyze trends.
• Resolve team member relations issues, ensure legal compliance, and manage performance.
• Identify training needs, participate in evaluation of programs, and implement compensation analysis.
• Collaborate on recruitment strategies, diversity initiatives, and organizational design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification a plus.
• 5-7 years of HR experience, with strategic HR role preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and technology proficiency.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data, HR analytics, and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.

Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday office hours with occasional flexibility in schedule.
