Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of home-based care services. As a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with team members and management, maintaining an effective level of business literacy, and driving people initiatives within the organization. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, implement innovative recruitment strategies, and enhance diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with business units to provide HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions and programs.
  • Manage complex team member relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks in day-to-day management.
  • Provide performance management guidance and promote work relationships and productivity improvement.
  • Recommend market competitive compensation rates and optimize organizational design for increased productivity.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on recruitment strategies and diversity initiatives.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to enhance leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain certification within one year.
  • 5-7 years of experience in team member relations, 3-5 years in a strategic HR role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines, compensation practices, and employment laws.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, G Suite, and HR analytics techniques.

Working Conditions
