Primary Objective & Scope of Position

This role involves efficiently moving, storing, and distributing merchandise. As a Senior Merchandise Handler, you will lead by example, provide training to fellow employees, and ensure accurate product movement.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities

• Move and organize merchandise for space optimization.
• Transfer products to and from various locations.
• Utilize POS systems for inventory management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments effectively.
• Provide training to colleagues, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to safety protocols, follow guidelines, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of tools, hardware, and product assembly
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer knowledge
• POS system familiarity preferred
