Job Description
We are looking for a Trailer Mechanic/Technician B to join our team at Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. As a key member, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining all trailers and related equipment used in freight transportation. Your work will ensure the safe and efficient handling of freight, meeting service schedules and customer commitments.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on over-the-road and city trailers.
- Track work progress to meet service schedules and customer commitments.
- Troubleshoot and analyze failures in trailer components.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or other breakdowns.
- Conduct routine maintenance and system rebuilds as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass background check and alcohol/drug tests.
- Preferred experience in Welding, Fabrication, and Construction.
Pay & Job Type
Salary: $26.98-$33.98 Per Hour
Job Type: Full-Time
