Job Description
We are looking to hire Warehouse Associates to join our team at Slumberland Furniture. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise movement, providing training to fellow employees, ensuring customer orders' accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service. Primary Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize merchandise to optimize space.
- Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise with care and accuracy.
- Provide training to colleagues and lead by example.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of tools and hardware.
- Valid driver's license and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and prioritize safety.
Additional Information
- Position type: Full-time
- Work hours: Monday to Friday starting at 7:00 am
- Salary: Competitive starting at $17 per hour
