Warehouse Associate - Full-Time

Primary Objective & Scope of Position:
Join our team to play a key role in merchandise movement, storage, and distribution. Lead by example, provide training, and contribute to a thriving work environment.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
- Merchandise Movement: Efficiently store, move, and distribute merchandise. Use the POS system for inventory management and maintain accuracy in orders.
- Training: Lead by example and offer training to colleagues to enhance operational efficiency.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Other: Embrace lean practices, perform ground/building maintenance, and assist in lighting. Be adaptable and willing to take on various tasks as assigned.
- Safety: Prioritize safety by following protocols, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety guidelines. Help create and sustain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (or in progress).
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Knowledge of tools, hardware, and product assembly.
- Valid driver's license.
- Point of Sale (POS) knowledge is a plus.
