We are actively seeking full-time Warehouse Team Members to join our dynamic team at Slumberland Furniture. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandise movement, including storing, moving, and distributing products efficiently. Primary Objective & Scope of Position

• Responsible for merchandise movement, ensuring space efficiency and accurate inventory management.
• Lead by example, provide training to team members, and maintain a high standard of work.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities

• Merchandise Movement: Handle product movement, unwrapping, inspecting, and storing merchandise for delivery.
• Training: Lead by example and provide training to team members to maintain efficiency.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors, ensuring accurate orders and inventory.
• Safety: Adhere to safety policies, handle equipment correctly, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Basic math skills and knowledge of tools and hardware.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work collaboratively in a team environment.
