Position: Warehouse Worker

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive pay starting at $17 per hour

Primary Objective & Scope of Position:
This position involves performing duties related to merchandise movement, including storing, moving, and distributing products.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
Merchandise Movement:

• Efficiently move and organize merchandise within locations to maximize space.
• Handle moving merchandise to and from the show floor for various purposes.
• Utilize the point of sale (POS) system to manage inventory flow.
• Ensure accuracy in customer orders and system records.
• Receive incoming merchandise and prepare outgoing products for shipment.

Training:
Lead by example and provide training to other employees.
Customer Service:
Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors to maintain inventory accuracy.
Other:
Follow lean practices and carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Safety:
Adhere to safety policies, practice safe behaviors, and maintain a safe, organized facility.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of tools, hardware components, and product assembly
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer knowledge, POS experience desirable
