2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. This Full-Time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a valuable member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise efficiently, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Collaboration, effective communication, and adherence to safety guidelines are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operating equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
