CLINICAL SUPERVISOR | RN

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) to join Campbell County Health in Wyoming. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will work under the supervision of Clinic Directors to ensure excellence in patient care and clinic operation. Responsible for clinical oversight, staff management, and collaboration with other departments, this role plays a crucial part in maintaining high-quality healthcare services.

Primary Job Duties

• Provide daily oversight and management of clinic staff performance.
• Ensure ongoing patient satisfaction and exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate clinical staff activities and provide training and orientation.
• Participate in the development of department budgets and maintain fiscal compliance.
• Monitor and maintain medical supply stock levels.
• Act as a liaison between clinical staff and Clinic Directors.
• Participate in strategic planning, customer/guest relations, and mandatory education programs.
• Enforce CCH & CCMG mission, vision, and values.

Job Specifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Wyoming RN license.
• Experience: Preferred experience in ambulatory clinic.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 40 pounds; corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
• Sensory Requirements: Exposure to hazards requiring appropriate protective measures.
