Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Wellness Associate to join Lassen's Natural Foods. As a Wellness Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service in the Wellness Department. Your responsibilities will include providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to guests, maintaining department displays, ensuring accurate pricing, and sharing information on promotions and sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting guests with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Support the Wellness Manager in placing orders and receiving merchandise.
• Maintain department displays to showcase products effectively.
• Ensure accurate pricing and communicate promotions to customers.
• Educate customers on vitamins, supplements, and cosmetic items within legal guidelines.

Requirements

• Passion for health and wellness products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
