2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing stock for shipment within the warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse standards and achieving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Cooperate with colleagues and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
