Job Description

ATA Services, Inc. is seeking Accounts Payable/Receivable specialists for a 4-month temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Environmental Department in Santa Fe. This role involves tracking budgets, revenue, and completing reconciliations, including payroll reconciliation and grant reconciliation. Responsibilities also include cost package assembly, journal entries, budget tracking, and administrative support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with SHARE software.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable.
• Familiarity with accounting software and online platforms.
