Area Catering Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Area Catering Sales Manager to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Oceanfront. As part of our dynamic and growth-oriented hotel company, you will be responsible for sales activities for our Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Oceanfront properties.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and secure new and repeat business through various efforts to maximize room revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and community organizations to increase market share.
• Participate in an active sales solicitation program and follow up on leads to meet revenue goals.
• Understand hotel operations and utilize the automated sales system according to company standards.

Education and Experience

• Multi-property and Hilton experience preferred.
• Previous hotel sales experience required.
• High school diploma or GED certification required; Bachelor’s Degree and/or extensive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
