Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Oceanfront. As a central figure in our sales department, you will play a crucial role in soliciting and closing accounts, maximizing revenues, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

Job Summary

• Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business to boost room and event revenues.
• Develop and enhance relationships with key accounts, organizations, and associations.
• Monitor account production and trends within your market segment.
• Operate within the established sales expense budget and meet revenue goals.

Education & Experience

• Multi-property and Hilton/Marriott experience preferred.
• Previous Hotel Sales Experience Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or extensive experience in a related field required.
