We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Chief Medical Officer to join our team at Metro Community Health Center in Swissvale. The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations, lead a team of medical professionals, and ensure high-quality patient care while upholding regulatory standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical intervention to ensure patient well-being, accurate diagnosis, and delivery of quality medical care.
• Lead and supervise clinical staff to meet and exceed care standards and productivity goals.
• Maintain accurate patient charting and administrative functions with confidentiality.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards in all medical treatments.
• Develop positive relationships with patients, families, vendors, and healthcare collaborators.

Requirements

• BE/BC in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Minimum five years of hospitalist experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience working with advanced practice providers and knowledge of quality measures.
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on exceptional patient care.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
