Responsibilities
- Support the installation of AV systems.
- Complete technical tasks such as wiring, labeling, and equipment installation.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair complex AV systems.
- Train clients on system operation.
- Maintain inventory control and documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- AVIXA CTS certification and a minimum of four years of AV experience.
- Proficiency with audiovisual systems and applications.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and soldering skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work at heights.
