SilverCrest is looking for a dedicated Director of Programming to join Kingsley Shores Senior Living, an Assisted Living Facility. As the Director of Programming, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional experiences for residents and their families. This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of $55,000/year, with credit for experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging programs for residents.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and family involvement in programs.
• Provide leadership and supervision in the program development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in therapeutic recreation.
• At least 2 years of experience in a programs-related leadership role, ideally in an assisted living environment.
