Are you passionate about caring for, nurturing, and mentoring children? The Keene Family YMCA is seeking an Associate Teacher to join our team. Under the supervision of the Lead Teacher and Director, you will implement the program curriculum, providing a quality experience focusing on YMCA core values. Responsibilities
- Implements curriculum within guidelines.
- Designs and implements daily lesson/activity plans.
- Supervises children, classroom, and activities.
- Conducts observations and evaluations of each child.
- Engages in effective communication with parents.
- Maintains program site, equipment, and records.

Requirements
- Meets state qualifications; 9 ECE Credits.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of experience in a developmental setting preferred.
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.

Compensation
Starting hourly wage: $13.65-$19.66.
