Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join The University of Vermont Medical Center team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide essential physical therapy to patients in various health conditions, diagnose movement dysfunction, enhance physical abilities, and promote optimal quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction in patients.
• Enhance physical and functional abilities through therapy.
• Promote optimal quality of life related to movement and health.
• Participate in therapy and multidisciplinary teams to provide direct patient care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers for post-discharge care.
• Engage in consultative services within the organization and the community.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement of patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science or higher degree from an Accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice physical therapy in the State of Vermont.
• Site-specific experience.
