We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Director to join the team at SilverCrest, a rewarding opportunity at Village Shores Campus. As a Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the success of the assisted living clinical services program, dedicated to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and compliance of the clinical services program.
• Train and ensure competence among clinical staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and maintain personalized care plans that meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses to achieve outstanding results.
• Work Monday-Friday day shifts with rotating weekend coverage and on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minnesota Registered Nurse with supervisory experience in Assisted Living.
• Current CPR certification.
