Arnold Motor Supply, a leading distributor and retailer of automotive parts with 70 locations across the Midwest, is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our local branches. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering exceptional service, managing sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

Core Accountabilities

• Exemplify and drive a focus on extraordinary customer service.
• Understand customer needs and seek continuous improvement.
• Drive improvement of local market operating plan and results.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service and maximize sales performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop customer-focused associates.
• Manage inventory, store appearance, and safety standards.
• Oversee accounting, accounts receivable, and loss prevention.
• Conduct store meetings and ensure building/equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and understanding customer needs.
• Leadership skills and managerial experience.
• Strong business acumen, preferably in auto parts industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with people.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Standing, lifting, bending, walking, and computer/phone use.
