Role Summary: The Capture Manager will lead strategic capture activities in line with business development goals and drive new contract acquisitions. Responsibilities include developing business solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining industry relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic capture campaign identification and execution.
- Develop capture strategies and lead proposal efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve capture objectives.
- Ensure adherence to capture management processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Management with 5 years of Business Development experience.
- Knowledge of USG contracts and acquisition processes.
- Ability to obtain USG Security Clearance and travel as required.
Desired Characteristics
- Master's degree in STEM or Business Administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Domain expertise in Aerostructures and experience with DoD customers.
