Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Wisconsin Community Services. This role involves providing intensive support and monitoring to third and greater OWI offenders in the Jefferson County Alcohol Treatment Court, as well as managing case management for Jefferson Drug Treatment Court Participants.
Responsibilities
- Assist in training new staff and collaborating with other case managers.
- Manage daily operations and provide case management for a caseload of participants.
- Administer screenings and assessments, make referrals, and monitor participant progress.
- Attend staffings, court hearings, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in trainings and maintain participant confidentiality.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System, local treatment programs, and strong communication skills are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
- Case management experience preferred.
- Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor credential preferred.
- Computer skills and valid Wisconsin Driver's License.

Reporting to the Program Director, this role involves interactions with various stakeholders and individuals.
