Job Description
Region V Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP) on a full-time basis. As a DSP, you will provide training and support to individuals with disabilities in various community settings, helping them achieve personal goals, build relationships, and enhance their competencies.

Responsibilities
- Provide systematic training and customized supports to individuals based on their needs and goals.
- Participate in team meetings to ensure individual training and supports align with desired outcomes.
- Develop and maintain training programs, data collection, and records to track progress.
- Act as a positive role model for individuals, assisting in personal growth and social enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with team members, consultants, and supervisors to meet individual needs.
- Ensure safety, provide necessary supervision, and assist in various community activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent knowledge.
- Preferably one year of experience in human services.
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to work with individuals with special needs and contribute positively to a team.
