Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Division Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Litigation Support at Reciprocity Industries. As the Division Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the Litigation Support Staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving performance excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise Litigation Support staff to provide exceptional service to clients and meet performance goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement strategies for enhancement.
  • Train, coach, and develop staff to optimize performance and ensure goal achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including privacy and data protection requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with internal teams, and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience; 3-5 years in leadership preferred.
