Job Summary

As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation within our organization. Requirements

• Third level qualification in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Knowledge of Lithium Battery systems is advantageous.
• Proven track record in leading successful engineering teams.
• Experience in developing and managing engineering processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for business needs.
