Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk PM/Night Audit at Rockland Harbor. If you are a night owl, enjoy interacting with people, have strong problem-solving skills, and love assisting others, this role is perfect for you. You will work the PM Front Desk shift from 3-11 PM or as a Night Auditor from 11 PM to 7 AM. Modern technology streamlines the audit process so you can focus on providing exceptional guest service, welcoming them and ensuring they have a comfortable stay. Join us in offering a warm good night and good morning to all guests, starting their day right with a cup of coffee.

Night Audit Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally
- Operate the front desk proficiently
- Assist with breakfast/coffee service
- Handle guest requests and complaints
- Complete front desk closing and reporting
- Answer phone calls courteously and direct them appropriately
- Maintain knowledge of local area and hotel offerings
$19+ per hour
