Landscape Crew Supervisor

Job Description

If you are a highly skilled landscaper with a valid driver's license who loves leading a team to success, Wise Landscaping is looking for you to join our team as a Landscape Crew Supervisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on beautiful client properties and showcase your leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in providing landscape and snow management services on commercial sites.
• Perform tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installation, cleanups, and weed spraying during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons.
• Execute snow removal services in the Winter using various equipment like plow and salt trucks, skidsteers, and wheel loaders.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and proven experience in landscaping.
• Motivated leader with a passion for providing high-quality services.
• Ability to work in a team and lead by example.
