Job Description
Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is looking for compassionate and highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our reputable dialysis team in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. We offer up to $8,000 Sign-On Bonus based on experience!
Responsibilities and Physical Demands
- Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to clients.
- Deliver professional nursing care to dialysis patients.
- Offer direct and indirect patient care following the nursing process.
- Act as Team Lead as needed in work assignments.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members for the highest care standards.
- Ensure a safe patient environment following safety protocols.
- Requires prolonged standing and bending.
Education Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules.
- Outstanding bedside manner and communication skills.
- Successful completion of the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
