Job Summary
- Participate in technical instruction and classroom training to pass competency tests in areas such as Preventative Maintenance, Electrical, Brakes, and more.
- Assist advanced-skill employees in complex repairs and rebuilds using hand and power tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and associated repairs.
- Earn a $2,000 Hiring Incentive as a UTA Apprentice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Obtain or have a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement within 60 days of eligibility.
- Meet competency requirements through education, military experience, technical school, or existing UTA experience.
Shift & Pay Rate
Shift: 9:00 pm to 7:30 am with Sunday/Monday/Tuesday off. Shift differential may apply. Pay Rate: $25.33 - $29.33 per hour with wage progression.
