Job Description

Hoosier Hills Credit Union is looking for a dedicated Member Advisor to join our team. As a Member Advisor, you will focus on providing exceptional service to our members, offering them tailored financial solutions to meet their needs. Your role will involve building relationships, advising members on products, and handling various account service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service that aligns with the Credit Union's Service Promises.
• Act in the best interest of members and the organization.
• Identify and recommend products that best suit members' financial goals.
• Responsible for transactions, account maintenance, and assisting with loan applications.
• Maintain knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Underwrite consumer loans and provide budget counseling.
• Work closely with the team to enhance the member experience and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales and service performance.
• Ability to analyze data and establish positive working relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail with customer interaction preferred.
• Cash handling and clerical office work experience desirable.

Work Environment

• Normal branch and corporate work site accessibility required.
• Physical mobility and ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Typical administrative setting with proper lighting and climate control.
