Position Summary

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Active CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state laws and regulations.
• Completion of initial and annual clinical competencies.

Essential Functions

• Directly supervises one shift and shares 24-hour responsibility for nursing personnel.
• Participates in recruitment, orientation, and training programs.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop health initiatives.
• Plans and supervises nursing care techniques and emergency medical care.
• Ensures security of medications, supplies, and equipment.
