We are looking for a Relationship Banker I, Bilingual to join our team at Field & Main Bank. This position, reporting to the Assistant Banking Center Manager, involves providing essential financial services to our customers and promoting our products. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with prior customer service and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret statements between English and Spanish.
• Manage cash transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English languages.
• Good interpersonal communication and computer skills.
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience.
