Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team at Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha, Inc. (APM) in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will play a vital part in our Violence Intervention Project, providing therapy and community support to program participants and implementing evidence-based practices for mental health treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide community engagement and therapy services in designated Philadelphia Police Districts.
  • Offer support to non-fatal shooting victims and engage with community connectors for outreach.
  • Design and implement age-appropriate Evidence Based Parenting programs.
  • Deliver CBT and PE therapeutic services, evaluate mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for holistic patient care.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a clinical mental health discipline.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in DAP documentation and EHR systems.
  • Experience in facilitating psychotherapeutic groups and working with medication managed populations.
  • Strong communication skills and regulatory compliance knowledge.
