Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager to join Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reversers and specialized aerostructures. In this role, you will be responsible for managing aviation-related contracts, sales campaigns, and customer relationships to ensure profitability and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Develop and leverage aviation network to find new customers.
- Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Provide service agreement and program management.
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and satisfaction.
- Interact with internal teams and act as a liaison with customers.
- Contribute to sales and business plans development.
- Participate in future developments discussions and present to leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams and important clients.
- Lead in negotiations with key clients and generate operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of Sales or Customer Management experience.
- Recent experience in MRO within the aviation industry.
