Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager to join Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reversers and specialized aerostructures. In this role, you will be responsible for managing aviation-related contracts, sales campaigns, and customer relationships to ensure profitability and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
  • Develop and leverage aviation network to find new customers.
  • Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
  • Provide service agreement and program management.
  • Assure timely resolution of customer issues and satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal teams and act as a liaison with customers.
  • Contribute to sales and business plans development.
  • Participate in future developments discussions and present to leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and important clients.
  • Lead in negotiations with key clients and generate operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of Sales or Customer Management experience.
  • Recent experience in MRO within the aviation industry.
