As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the construction of a Fiber-to-the-Home network. The position involves overseeing field operations, ensuring safety standards, managing construction projects, and collaborating with multiple departments to meet project schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe construction environment and oversee field operations.
• Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure project completion within scope.
• Forecast construction timelines, identify issues, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage construction projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Handle troubleshooting, feedback, and updates for project progress.

Skills and Requirements

• Knowledge of network drawings, fiber optic infrastructure, and project management tools.
• Experience in construction management and operational improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years of fiber network deployment experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
