Position Summary: As a Caregiver (PCA | CNA), you will be responsible for providing professional care and assistance to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily care provided following protocols.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be necessary.
• Experience with the elderly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
