Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) - Overnight

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing overnight care to our home health patients in the Henderson area. G-Tube experience is required, and you can choose from multiple overnight shift options.

Responsibilities

• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Collaborate with patient care teams.
• Mentor and educate co-workers.
• Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families.
• Update medical condition to Physicians and Clinical Directors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
• 1 year of recent RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
• Completion of skills assessment.
